Towards the End of Mimar Sinan

Bursa Yıldırım Municipality is nearing completion in the urban transformation project of Mimarsinan Neighborhood, parcel number 1 in 8019 island, covering an area of approximately 6,000 square meters, which has been declared as a reserve building area by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization and Climate Change. Yıldırım Mayor Oktay Yılmaz emphasized that they have been transforming the face of the district by carrying out region-specific urban transformation works all around Yıldırım. He stated that the Mimarsinan Urban Transformation Project is at 85% completion, mentioning that they do not see transformation merely as demolishing old buildings and constructing new ones. In this context, out of the 9,000 square meters of land where the transformation is carried out, 3,000 square meters are allocated for roads and green areas. Thus, they not only build new buildings in our urban transformation works but also provide new social living spaces to our district.
