There are over 100,000 Turkish entrepreneurs in Europe

President of the World Diplomats Association (DMW) Ferhat Bozçelik visited the President of the Confederation of Turkish Tradesmen and Craftsmen (TESK), Bendevi Palandöken. International Diplomats Association (DMW) President Ferhat Bozçelik, accompanied by DMW Secretary General Jülide Çilingir, visited TESK President Bendevi Palandöken to discuss projects to be carried out in collaboration between DMW and Turkish entrepreneurs abroad in cooperation with TESK. During the visit, Bendevi Palandöken, President of the Confederation of Turkish Tradesmen and Craftsmen (TESK), mentioned the cooperation between DMW and TESK, stating that the Diplomats Association serves as a bridge between Turkey and European countries. Palandöken expressed, ‘As known, together with the International Diplomats Association, we introduced financial literacy training to our tradesmen and craftsmen. We have been enhancing our bilateral relations for over 5 years. In other words, we are proceeding with our efforts at full speed. We discussed cooperation topics to carry out various projects in EU countries, including Germany, where 3.5 million Turks reside, with DMW being a bridge between Europe and Turkey. Creating connections for trade and serving as a bridge for businessmen to invest in Turkey is more important than diplomacy. Thus, contributing to investments coming to our country will be a very significant endeavor for us.’ President of DMW Ferhat Bozçelik stated during the visit, ‘We have carried out significant projects with TESK so far. As DMW, we have organized nearly 15 European summits. We will organize our new summit together with TESK. We will invite our investors to our summit, which we plan to hold in line with EU standards. Our goal is to hold our first summit in Turkey and then in Germany. DMW has already undertaken projects that have made an impact. Now it is time for investments to come to our country. We have over 3.5 million citizens in Europe, with over 100,000 businessmen being the most important. Bringing European businesspeople together with our local businesspeople to contribute to our country is our greatest desire. After joining forces with TESK, we have endless belief that we will sign off on great projects.’
