Vice President Altekin inspected the municipal facilities

Deputy Mayor Prof. Dr. Refik Emre Altekin in Antalya’s Kepez Municipality conducted inspections at various facilities in the district apart from the municipal service building. He examined the Social Aid Center, Sign Workshop, and the garden plant greenhouse affiliated with the Parks and Gardens Directorate to observe the municipality’s work on-site.

Kepez Municipality, serving approximately 600,000 people in one of Antalya’s most populous districts, provides services to the district residents through municipal facilities located throughout the district. In order to further enhance and improve the quality of these services, Deputy Mayor Prof. Dr. Refik Emre Altekin visited various facilities outside the municipal service building. Deputy Altekin, who visited the Social Aid Center, Sign Workshop, and the garden plant greenhouse affiliated with the Parks and Gardens Directorate, inspected the work of the municipal units. Initially, he visited the Social Aid Center located on Necip Fazıl Kısakürek Street in Düdenbaşı Neighborhood, providing services to the needy on an area of 1500 square meters. Deputy Altekin received detailed information about the activities of the center. He toured the multipurpose hall on the upper floor of the center, which is used by district residents for various events such as weddings and religious gatherings.

Sign workshop is the mirror of the municipality
Deputy Mayor Altekin’s next stop was the municipality’s sign workshop. Observing the production processes of the signs produced and used in the district, Deputy Altekin met with the workshop employees. He stated that the work in the sign workshop ensures the visibility and accessibility of municipal services and is a mirror of the municipality.

The greenhouse beautifying Kepez
Deputy Mayor Prof. Dr. Refik Emre Altekin continued his visits by inspecting the garden plant greenhouse affiliated with the Parks and Gardens Directorate. Altekin, who beautifies the district with ornamental and garden plants grown in this greenhouse, examined the work carried out in the greenhouse in detail and received information about the plants grown there. Altekin expressed that thanks to the work of the Parks and Gardens Directorate, the people of Antalya encounter the unique beauties of nature throughout every season.
