In this context, he visited the district of Pınarbaşı 21 times in 5 years filled with investments and services. Under the leadership of Mayor Büyükkılıç, the Metropolitan Municipality invested approximately 500 million TL in the district of Pınarbaşı over 5 years. Mayor Dr. Memduh Büyükkılıç of Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality, since March 31, 2019, has been actively visiting districts instead of staying in his office, and within 5 years, he visited the district of Pınarbaşı 21 times. Mayor Büyükkılıç, who revitalized not only the city center but also the districts, meticulously examined the district of Pınarbaşı known for its dams, baths, the Suleiman Shah Tomb, and the Turkish Monument, identified the problems on the spot, and found solutions. By conducting various activities such as meetings with neighborhood headmen, visits to tradesmen, inaugurations, groundbreakings, and on-site inspections of investments, Büyükkılıç dedicatedly visited the district, bringing significant investments and services to the residents. Metropolitan Municipality Showered Pınarbaşı District with Services from All Units Between 2019 and 2024, under the administration of Mayor Dr. Memduh Büyükkılıç, the Metropolitan Municipality visited the district of Pınarbaşı 21 times, providing services to the district from Agricultural Services to Rural areas, from Public Works to Social Services, from KAYMEK to Transportation and Parks. The Metropolitan Municipality’s Agricultural Services Department invested 11 million 183 thousand 474 TL in Pınarbaşı district, ranging from the distribution of small livestock and seeds to beehives, and from working on animal drinking water demands to sheet metal troughs. The Rural Services Department made a total investment of 229 million 805 thousand 63 TL between 2019-2023, while the Public Works Department brought services worth 36 million 250 thousand TL to the district in 5 years. The Social Services Department of the Metropolitan Municipality made an investment of 884 thousand 500 TL to 1987 needy families between 2019-2023, standing by the citizens at all times, while the General Directorate of Kayseri Water and Sewerage Administration (KASKI) realized a 152 million TL investment in drinking water and sewerage infrastructure in 5 years. KAYMEK, which is the driving force in education for the Metropolitan Municipality, organizes vocational skills and personal development courses, as well as social and cultural programs for the residents, while Sports Inc. held a Children’s Festival for the children. Transportation Inc. served more than 2 million 430 thousand 900 passengers in 5 years, providing a total of 2 million 958 thousand 765 TL in passenger support at the district level. The Metropolitan Municipality’s Parks, Gardens, and Afforestation Department carried out services in Pınarbaşı, ranging from environmental cleaning to tree planting, installation of children’s playgroups, soil filling and leveling, and transportation of sports equipment and kiosks. In this context, the Metropolitan Municipality invested 433 million 81 thousand 802 TL in the district of Pınarbaşı over 5 years, bringing approximately 500 million TL worth of services to the residents’ doorstep. Furthermore, a ‘Natural Gas Infrastructure Works Commencement Ceremony’ was held in the Pınarbaşı district by Kayserigaz, realizing the district’s 60-year dream, while the ground-breaking ceremony for the Pınarbaşı Terminal and Trade Building Project, to be established by Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality in the district, was also recently held.
