The female muhtar who lost her life in the accident in Sarıyer was laid to rest on her final journey

Muhtar Fulya Türen Bayram, who lost her life as a result of a traffic accident she was involved in yesterday evening in Sarıyer, had her funeral ceremony today. After the funeral prayer, the female muhtar’s loved ones were overwhelmed with tears. Yesterday evening in Sarıyer, Kemer Neighborhood Head Muhtar Fulya Türen Bayram (62), who was seriously injured in a traffic accident, passed away. Today, the funeral service was held in front of Bahçeköy Kemer Muhtarlığı after taking the last farewell. Later, a funeral ceremony was held at Sarıyer Nuray Artam Mosque. The funeral was attended by Sarıyer Mayor Mustafa Oktay Aksu, former Sarıyer Mayor Şükrü Genç, Sarıyer District Governor Ömer Kalaylı, AK Party Sarıyer and Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality council member Hüseyin Coşkun, AK Party District Chairman Halil İbrahim Kurşun, GOOD Party District Chairman İbrahim Temurcu, Sarıyer Mufti Mehmet Muslu, muhtars, family, and friends. At the ceremony, Bayram’s loved ones were in tears. After the funeral prayer performed after the midday prayer, Kemer Neighborhood Head Muhtar Fulya Türen Bayram was buried in Bahçeköy Kemer Cemetery. Mahalle için hiç kimsenin yapmadığı işleri yaptığını söyleyen Muhtar azası Erşen Kuruhasan, Fulya Türen Bayram’ın mahalle için önemli bir figür olduğunu belirtti ve onun öğretmenlik, yardımseverlik ve liderlik özelliklerini vurguladı. Aile Hekimi Türkan Kormanlı, Bayram’ın yanında kaza esnasında bulunan yardımcısı Süreyya Akkoca’nın durumunun iyi olduğunu ve iyileşme sürecinin devam ettiğini belirtti. Mahalle sakini Figen Erden ise, Bayram’ın herkesin yardımına koştuğunu, istenilen her şeyi yaptığını ve hayır demediğini vurgulayarak onun iyi niyetini ve yardımseverliğini anlattı.
