An interagency cooperation protocol was signed in Muğla

Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University (MSKÜ) Rector Prof. Dr. Turhan Kaçar and Muğla Provincial Director of Family and Social Services Yakup Kütük signed an important cooperation protocol. The signing ceremony took place in the Senate Hall of the MSKÜ Rectorate Building.

An important collaboration protocol was signed between the Rector of Mugla Sitki Kocman University (MSKU), Prof. Dr. Turhan Kaçar, and the Director of Mugla Family and Social Services Provincial Directorate, Yakup Kütük. The signing ceremony took place at the MSKU Rectorate Building Senate Hall.

Speaking at the protocol signing ceremony, Rector Prof. Dr. Turhan Kaçar stated that universities take concrete steps within the mission of social contribution, saying, ‘Today, with the protocol we will implement with Mugla Family and Social Services Provincial Directorate, I believe that we will make important contributions to share both our theoretical and practical knowledge. I am confident that we will exhibit an exemplary collaboration where coordination between two public institutions is best ensured with our expert academic staff, units, and infrastructure.’

Mugla Family and Social Services Provincial Director Yakup Kütük thanked Rector Kaçar for their support, saying, ‘In Mugla, the fundamental principle of social services is to develop our preventive and supportive services together with our university. We will reveal our advantages and disadvantages with academic support. I wish this protocol to bring goodness and success to Mugla.’

This collaboration protocol aims for MSKU to conduct scientific research in the field of social work within its related associate, undergraduate, and graduate programs and to carry out current studies based on the results obtained. Additionally, cooperation through academic studies and training will be supported to enhance the service quality of Mugla Family and Social Services Provincial Directorate staff.

The protocol aims to enhance the sharing of knowledge and experience in the field of social services between the two institutions, leading to more effective and efficient services being provided.
