ALBET Children’s Theater takes the stage with two plays

The children’s plays ‘Lost Ring’ and ‘Down the Merry Way’ prepared by the Aliağa Municipality Children’s Theater actors will be performed free of charge as part of the ASEV end-of-year activities. The Aliağa Municipality Children’s Theater actors are getting ready to crown their acting training throughout the year with stage performances. The first of the plays to be staged as part of the ASEV end-of-year activities is ‘Lost Ring,’ which will be performed on Friday, May 24, 2024, at 19:30 at the Aliağa Tüpraş Public Education Center. ‘Lost Ring’ play revolves around the Queen suspecting her employees of losing a very valuable diamond ring. She is guided towards the right behavior through advice, learning not to accuse people and not to slander them. The play also teaches that looking down on people is a wrong behavior. The play, performed by students who have been attending training at ALBET Children’s Theater for 4 years without interruption, is free of charge and is aimed at the age group of 8-16. The play was directed by ALBET Children’s Theater Trainer Evrim Yaşar, written by Bülent Bingöl, and the set design was done by Özgehan Alsoy. Another fantastic play to be staged by ALBET Children’s Theater is ‘Down the Merry Way’. Full of joy and laughter, ‘Down the Merry Way’ will meet its audience on Monday, May 27, 2024, at 19:30 for free at the Aliağa Tüpraş Public Education Center. The play will be performed by the group of actors who have been taking big steps towards professionalism at ALBET Children’s Theater for 8 years, with voice artist Manolya Girişken as a guest. The play was written and directed by ALBET Children’s Theater Trainer Evrim Yaşar, and the set design was undertaken by Özgehan Alsoy.
