Turkcell Academy and TEV are preparing new graduates for the business life

Turkcell Academy and Turkish Education Foundation’s ‘The Future of the World and the World of the Future Development Program’, initiated to support young talents in Turkey, is being held for the second time this year. The program, specially designed for TEV’s new graduate scholarship holders, aims to help young individuals take their first steps in their career and expertise journeys.

The collaboration between Turkcell Academy and Turkish Education Foundation (TEV) to support young talents who are new to the business life continues this year as well. The ‘The Future of the World and the World of the Future Development Program’ aims to make TEV graduates more competent in the initial steps of their career and expertise journeys. The projects that the company supports for the education and development of young individuals enable talent transformation, prepare young people for the skills of tomorrow, and strengthen the vision of investing in the future.

This year’s second edition of the program will offer a development opportunity lasting for 3 months to a total of 3,100 students through various activities such as live virtual classes, digital contents, and hands-on experience sessions. This program, supporting the new graduate scholarship holders of TEV in taking their first step in their careers, was created to guide young talents at the beginning of their professional lives and equip them with sectoral experiences. The development program consists of personal development trainings and technical educations.

With three separate modules titled ‘Hello to Business Life’, ‘Invest in Yourself’, and ‘Improve Your Technique’, this program for TEV graduates aims to help students acquire the competencies required by the 21st century and enhance their multidisciplinary working skills. Successful participants of the program will be entitled to receive a Turkcell Academy participation certificate and attend mentorship sessions with company executives.

We aim to help new graduates make a strong start to their careers by providing a wide range of trainings ranging from rapidly changing new technologies to data analysis and artificial intelligence.’
