Yıldırım Municipality, School Sports District Festivals at the middle school level competed fiercely with 1,944 students from 191 teams from 46 schools in the district. Yıldırım Municipality, Yıldırım District Governorship, Youth and Sports District Directorate, and National Education District Directorate organized the Yıldırım Municipality School Sports District Festivals in partnership. The Award Ceremony and Equipment Distribution Program of the School Sports District Festivals held at Naim Süleymanoğlu Sports Complex was attended by Yıldırım Mayor Oktay Yılmaz, Provincial Director of Youth and Sports Rahmi Aksoy, Yıldırım District Governor Metin Esen, District National Education Director Mustafa Sevinç, District Youth and Sports Director Mehmet Demirci, school principals, and athletes. While awards were given to the students who ranked in the middle school category, sports equipment was distributed by Yıldırım Municipality to all schools participating in the competition. A total of 1,944 students from 46 schools participated in the School Sports District Festivals at the middle school level. 4,142 children met with sports.
