Erdemir has announced that it will recruit in bulk on an hourly basis in 2024 in line with its growth strategy and the needs of its businesses. Candidates will be able to apply at Erdemir Sports Hall every weekday for two weeks starting from Monday, May 20th. Turkey’s global steel powerhouse, Erdemir, will make bulk recruitment for hourly positions in 2024 according to its needs. Continuing to contribute to the region by creating employment since its establishment, Erdemir is hiring new hourly workers for various business units this year as well. According to the announcement, the application process for Erdemir’s hourly bulk recruitment in 2024 will start on Monday, May 20th. Applications can be made at Erdemir Sports Hall from May 20th to May 31st on weekdays between 08:00 – 16:00. Candidates are required to graduate from vocational high schools’ electrical/electronics, industrial automation, machine technology, metal technology, metallurgy technology, and motor vehicles technology departments and/or vocational schools’ electrical-electronics/energy, industrial automation, machine technology, metal technology, metallurgy technology, and motor vehicles technology departments. Candidates must be between the ages of 18 – 26 as of the announcement date (born after 21.05.1997 and before 19.05.2006). Priority will be given to those registered in Kdz. Ereğli or those who started residing in Kdz. Ereğli before November 20, 2023 and are currently residing there. Additionally, candidates are required to preferably have completed their military service, be suitable to work in very dangerous job classes according to health examination, and not have any physical or mental illness that may hinder them from performing their duties. In addition to physical applications made with identity documents, applications made with the population registration sample of first-degree relatives including spouses and siblings will also be considered valid. The application process will continue online through the link provided to the candidates during the physical application. Recruitment will be made from among the successful candidates in the exams and evaluations that will be conducted.
