Zeynep Geyik, a pastry chef and a mother of 3 children in Adana, also dedicates time to her children and proves that women can succeed in any job by providing employment to 18 people. After enrolling her twin daughters Tuana and Sena and 10-year-old son Mehmet Kaan in school, Geyik focused on her own education.

Her Journey and Achievements

Wanting to have a profession, Zeynep Geyik received training in pastry making and perfected her skills in Gaziantep. She then returned to Adana and opened her own business 6 years ago. Balancing supporting her children, taking care of household chores, and expanding her pastry business, Geyik currently provides employment to 18 people.

Family and Work Balance

Geyik manages to balance work and family life with the support of her husband Turgut, without neglecting her children’s education. Thanks to her job, which allows her to be with her children, her daughters have also started learning the profession.

Saying, ‘Today they are working, the best gift is this,’ Geyik emphasizes the importance of solidarity within the family, mentioning her daughters’ support on Mother’s Day.
