93-year-old Gülsüm Karamuk, who is in need of care, lives in the village of Çatpınar, connected to the Doğanşar district. She has devoted her life to her disabled sons İsmail and Naci by meeting all their needs. Her sons cannot speak, walk, and have mental disabilities.

Gülsüm grandmother, with the support of her daughter-in-law and daughter, meets all the needs of her sons from feeding to cleaning. This devoted mother never gives up caring for her disabled children with love and compassion, despite her age.
