Alisa Alara, who is now 15 months old, has now come down from her mother’s arms and started skating on the ice rink, which she is no stranger to. Alisa Alara, who met the ice when she was only a month old due to her parents being speed skating coaches, is now enjoying the ice with her specially made skates. The couple Duygu Kan and Adem Belir have known each other since their youth and got married 7 years ago. A significant part of their life is spent with sports, and the couple, who train the champions of the future, welcomed Alisa Alara into their lives 15 months ago. Duygu Kan, who did not want to give up her beloved sports profession, started bringing their baby Alisa Alara to the training sessions when she was only 1 month old. Alisa Alara has now given up her pacifier, put on her skates, and started skating lessons.

Short Track Coach Duygu Kan Belir expressed her love for her profession and athletes, saying, “Alisa Alara is present in every aspect of our lives. We go to training sessions together and have fun together. She was a bit hesitant at first on the ice due to the cold. But now, she is both comfortable and very happy. Our little daughter Alisa Alara is slowly and steadily entering the world of sports. She started skating training on the ice rink the moment she started walking. I am experiencing indescribable feelings of motherhood on one hand, and raising my little daughter by my side on the other,” she said.

Alisa Alara’s father, Short Track Coach Adem Belir, said that training with their children makes them happy, “My wife and I have dedicated our hearts to sports. My wife is very selfless and a good mother. Of course, having our daughter by our side at all times is a different feeling. Hopefully, she will also become an athlete like us and bring championships to our country. I also congratulate my wife on Mother’s Day and I love her very much,” he said.
