General Situation

According to the latest evaluations, it is predicted that the country will have partly cloudy to mostly cloudy weather with scattered showers and thunderstorms in Marmara, Aegean, Western Mediterranean, northern and western parts of Central Anatolia, Black Sea, northern parts of Eastern Anatolia, and the surroundings of Hatay, Osmaniye, Kahramanmaraş, Adıyaman, Gaziantep, Kilis, Elazığ, Van, and Hakkari. Dust transport is expected nationwide.

Weather Forecast

According to the forecasts from the General Directorate of Meteorology; no significant change is expected in the air temperature, while above seasonal norms in the southern regions and around seasonal norms in other places. Wind is expected to blow mainly from the north on the coasts of Marmara and the Aegean, and strongly (40-70 km/h) from the south in the western Mediterranean and southwestern part of Central Anatolia.
