The General Directorate of Nature Conservation and National Parks made a statement regarding the news about the termination of the operation rights of Gölcük Nature Park in Bolu Municipality.
Detailed Statement
In the statement made by the General Directorate, it was mentioned that the operation rights of Gölcük Nature Park in Bolu were granted to Bolu Municipality, however, various contract violations were identified during inspections. It was emphasized that Bolu Municipality unlawfully transferred the subcontracting rights to other individuals and various violations occurred in the park.

The General Directorate emphasized in the statements made that the allegations of the park being closed to the public do not reflect the truth and that, like other national parks in Bolu province, it will continue to serve the public.
