Social Support for the Street Dog in Adıyaman

In Adıyaman, citizens mobilized to help a street dog injured by an ambulance. The incident took place at the Dursun Çavuş intersection in Adıyaman city center. Sensible citizens who noticed the dog struggling on the ground immediately took action.

Citizens called for a pet ambulance for help while also trying to direct the drivers in heavy traffic. The ambulance driver who hit the street dog also stopped immediately to help. The dog, taken to the scene by the pet ambulance, was treated at the Adıyaman Veterinary Directorate.

After the treatments, the street dog recovered and completed the healing process to regain its freedom. The sensitivity and social solidarity shown by the citizens once again demonstrated the need for compassion and love towards street animals living in Adıyaman.
