Before the 36th round of the elections for the Presidency of the Court of Cassation, which will be held on May 13 by the Plenary Session of the Court of Cassation, Muhsin Şentürk, the President of the Court of Cassation 3rd Criminal Chamber, announced his withdrawal from the candidacy. It was stated that Şentürk will support the current President of the Court of Cassation and candidate Mehmet Akarca.
