As part of the event organized at Karabük University TÖMER (Turkish Teaching Application and Research Center) Cafe to improve students’ second language skills, international and local students come together.

Event Details and Goals

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sema Noyan, the director of TÖMER, states that the aim of the event is to improve language skills throughout the university, mentioning that participants will have the opportunity to practice both Turkish and a second language. With the software to be developed during the event, an appointment system will be created, allowing participants to practice in their chosen languages.

A participation certificate will be given to everyone attending the event.

Noyan mentions that everyone participating in the event will receive a certificate of participation and contribute to language development. Until the automation system is set up, applications will be made to the unit, and everyone will be able to participate in the event.
