Providing information about the gluten-free menu implementation at Atatürk State Hospital, Health Director Dr. Yasin Yılmaz mentioned that gluten-free meals have been prepared under the supervision of a dietitian since 2021, and patients have benefited from this practice. He also stated that gluten-free meals are supplied to district hospitals. Governor Aslan, who ate a specially prepared gluten-free meal with celiac patients during the event, drew attention to the importance of such awareness activities.
