Chief of the Turkish Land Forces, General Selçuk Bayraktaroğlu, conducted inspections and audits in Izmir ahead of the ‘EFES-2024 Exercise’ scheduled to take place between May 10-30. According to the official statement from the Ministry of National Defense’s social media account, Bayraktaroğlu examined the preparations on-site before the ‘Live Fire Field Exercise Phase’ and the ‘Distinguished Observer Day’ of the exercise to be held at the Ege Army Command and the Doğanbey Firing and Exercise Area.
Footage taken during General Bayraktaroğlu’s personal inspections was also shared. The leadership and contributions of the Chief of the Land Forces will play a significant role in the planning and implementation of the activities to be carried out within the scope of the ‘EFES-2024 Exercise’.
