Turkish Red Crescent First Aid Activities

The Turkish Red Crescent emphasizes the importance of raising awareness about first aid and saving lives by educating 776,312 people in 2023. In addition, the Red Crescent organizes training sessions and seminars in the field of first aid, serving with 29 First Aid Training Centers in 26 provinces across Turkey.

Through the Red Crescent First Aid Training Centers, 55,406 people received certified training in 2023, while 445,603 people were reached through awareness training. In cooperation with the Ministry of National Education, the Red Crescent provides certified first aid training to teachers. In this context, 275,303 teachers received certified first aid training in 2023. A total of 776,312 people nationwide were educated on first aid by the Red Crescent.
