Middle School Quiz Competition Excitement in Aşkale

The quiz competition organized among middle schools in the district of Aşkale attracted great attention. The competition, held by Atatürk University, Aşkale Vocational School Directorate, was supported within the scope of social awareness projects.

Exciting Performance of Students

Students from 6 middle schools participating in the competition had minutes full of knowledge and fun. İbrahim Polat Secondary School won the first place with 85 points, Atatürk YBO Secondary School came second, and İnkılap Secondary School came third.

Aşkale Mayor Şenol Polat, Aşkale Vocational School Director Mutlu Kundakçı, District National Education Director Kahraman Karali, teachers, and students attended the award ceremony held after the competition. Plaques were given to the schools that ranked, and various gifts were given to the students.

Mutlu Kundakçı, the Director of the Vocational School, said before the competition, “This competition, which aims to provide students with experience, will become a tradition in the coming years. I thank everyone involved.”

The coordinator of the competition, Dr. Instructor Erdal Turgut, stated, “It is gratifying to be involved in this project, which is important for the future of our students. The intense interest of our schools made us happy. I thank everyone for their contributions.”
