The rain that started in the evening hours in Aksaray intensified into a heavy downpour at night. After the warnings of the Meteorology Department, the expected rainfall showed its effect throughout the city.
The intensity of the rainfall caused disruptions in traffic. The Provincial Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD) and the Aksaray Municipality Fire Department teams are on alert. Due to the rainfall affecting the districts and towns, drivers experienced difficult moments.
