In Kastamonu’s district of İhsangazi, the weather suddenly changed and hail rain was encountered. Following the warnings issued by the Meteorology Directorate, the region experienced heavy rainfall.
The hail rain that occurred continued for about 5 minutes, covering the roads with white. Farmers and citizens are concerned about the hail damaging agricultural fields and open areas. The hail rain, accompanied by the sudden change in weather conditions, negatively affected life in the region.
It was reported that the hail rain diminished in severity after which it turned into a downpour. Due to the ongoing rainfall in the region, citizens have been warned to be cautious.
