Turkcell Board of Directors Change

The new board of directors was determined in Turkcell, following the Ordinary General Assembly. Şenol Kazancı continues his duty as the Chairman of the Turkcell Board of Directors, while Arda Ermut, Prof. Dr. Mehmet Naci İnci, and Prof. Dr. İdris Sarısoy have been appointed to the board of directors.

New Board Members

• Arda Ermut: Ermut has been appointed as a member of the Turkcell Board of Directors. He has previously served as the General Manager and Board Member of the Turkey Wealth Fund.
• Prof. Dr. Mehmet Naci İnci: İnci, appointed as an Independent Board Member, is the Rector of Boğaziçi University and specializes in optical communication.
• Prof. Dr. İdris Sarısoy: Sarısoy, the new Independent Board Member, is a Professor at the Faculty of Political Sciences at Marmara University and an expert in tax matters.
