Natural Gas Project Initiated in Türkeli District of Sinop

A ceremony was held next to Huzur Dincel Stadium in the town of Türkeli in Sinop to kick off the natural gas project. This important step, long awaited by the townspeople, was initiated with prayers. District Governor Safa Kahraman stated in his speech that the natural gas investment carries great significance for the town. Kahraman said, ‘Today is a historic day for Türkeli. We have taken the first step for the long-awaited natural gas to reach our town. I wish this investment to be beneficial for our town and I thank everyone involved. The arrival of natural gas is not an easy process but it will be a great gain for our town. Our citizens will now have access to a more comfortable, economical, and environmentally friendly energy source. Türkeli will become stronger with its robust infrastructure and will continue to develop.’

The Mayor Veysel Şahin mentioned in his statement that with the arrival of natural gas to the town, a significant momentum will be gained in social, cultural, and economic aspects. Şahin said, ‘The natural gas project is a very important step for the development and growth of our town. Our town will now become a more livable place, and I wish this investment to be beneficial for our town.’
