Academicians and students of Ibn Sina University in Istanbul organized a march against Israel’s attacks on Palestine. During the march led by the Dean of the Faculty of Education, Prof. Dr. Adnan Omerustaoğlu, it was emphasized that they stand by the side of innocent Palestinians.
Academic Support March
Academicians and students of Ibn Sina University gathered at the central campus in Zeytinburnu to organize a support march for Palestine. In his statement, Dean of the Faculty of Education, Prof. Dr. Adnan Omerustaoğlu said, “The right to life of the Palestinian people cannot be taken away, and we are here as Ibn Sina University to defend these rights.”
Prof. Dr. Omerustaoğlu also stated, “Today, when the world discusses third and fourth generation rights, depriving the Palestinian people of first-generation rights is not an acceptable situation. We call on everyone with a conscience to stand with the Palestinian people,” he said.
