2024 Summer Season Has Started

The 2024 summer schedule for Izmir-Mytilene voyages has commenced. The popular voyages will continue with two ships until September 27. The voyages named ‘Our Route Mytilene,’ organized by Izmir Sea Transportation Inc. (IZDENIZ), a subsidiary of Izmir Metropolitan Municipality, have opened their new season. Passengers will be able to travel to Mytilene twice a week on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Travel Convenience and Comfort

Passengers departing from Izmir Alsancak Port to Mytilene can reach the island in 2.5 hours with the high-speed ship named Ihsan Alyanak. Captain of the ship, Huseyin Damar, expressed satisfaction with the passengers’ comfort, stating, ‘Our passengers leave their vehicles in a central location and embark on the journey, which provides great convenience.’

Voyage Information and Schedule

The summer voyages of 2024 will continue until September 27, 2024. Voyages will be conducted with the ship Ihsan Alyanak, and this year, Izmir Sea Transportation Inc.’s second high-speed ship, Prof. Dr. Aziz Sancar, will also accompany the voyage. Voyages will depart from Izmir Alsancak Port every Wednesday and Friday.

Visa Fees and Ticket Prices

• The visa fee at the gate is 80 euros per person, and it is set at 20 euros for children aged 0-18.
• Ticket prices vary for Friday dynamic voyages (Friday departure-Sunday return) and Wednesday dynamic voyages.
• Tickets can be obtained online at bilet.izdeniz.com.tr website, from IZDENIZ ticket sales office, and authorized agencies.
