Record Increase in Tourism in Antalya

In the first quarter of 2024, Antalya tourism set a new record. Hosting 2,066,962 foreign visitors in the first quarter of the year, Antalya showed an increase of 14.10% compared to the previous year. This figure was recorded as the best start in the history of Antalya tourism.

Most Visitors from Germany

In the first four months of the year, Germany sent the most visitors to Antalya. With 539,663 German tourists, Germany ranked first. It was followed by the Russian Federation with 366,783 visitors and the United Kingdom with 266,120 visitors.

A notable 52% increase was observed in the number of French visitors. Among other important market countries are Poland, the Netherlands, Iran, Belgium, Ukraine, France, and Lithuania. In the number of tourists coming from key market countries, there were increases of 21% for Germany, 32% for the United Kingdom, 30% for Poland, 52% for Iran, 42% for Belgium, 51% for Ukraine, and 52% for France.
