President and AK Party Chairman Recep Tayyip Erdoğan received the Republican People’s Party (CHP) Chairman Özgür Özel yesterday. The meeting took place at the AK Party Headquarters and started at 16:07. CHP Istanbul Deputy Namık Tan was also present during Özel’s visit.
During the visit, President Erdoğan and CHP Chairman Özgür Özel discussed important issues on the country’s agenda. In the statements made after the meeting, emphasis was placed on the importance of mutual exchange of ideas and dialogue.
