The New Board of Directors Determined After Ordinary General Assembly

Following the completion of the Ordinary General Assembly, the new board of directors was determined at Turkcell. Şenol Kazancı continues his duty as the Chairman of the Turkcell Board of Directors, while Arda Ermut, Prof. Dr. Mehmet Naci İnci, and Prof. Dr. İdris Sarısoy were appointed to the board of directors.

Changes in the Board of Directors Members

After the Ordinary General Assembly of Turkcell held on May 2, 2024, a new board of directors was determined. According to the disclosure made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), Sir Julian Horn-Smith, a Member of the Turkcell Board of Directors, and Independent Board Members Afif Demirkıran and Hüseyin Arslan resigned from their positions.

Arda Ermut became a Member of the Turkcell Board of Directors, while Prof. Dr. Mehmet Naci İnci and Prof. Dr. İdris Sarısoy were appointed as Independent Board Members. • Prof. Dr. İdris Sarısoy: Professor at the Faculty of Political Sciences at Marmara University. An academic specializing in tax matters and conducting academic research.
