Şekib Avdagiç, the President of the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce, stated their expectations regarding inflation in Turkey, mentioning that they anticipate inflation to be completed in the range of 43-44 percent this year. Furthermore, he emphasized that the decrease in Turkey’s credit risk premium is a success of the economic management.
Avdagiç: “The decrease in syndicated loans of banks and CDS levels are positive developments for our economy. With the decrease in inflation, we expect interest rates and credit costs to come to reasonable levels.”
