The Astoria Grande ship, which started its voyages to Bartın’s Amasra district in August 2022, brought a total of 44,319 tourists to the district in 39 voyages made in 20 months. Amasra, which was the most liked stop in the surveys conducted on the ship, is among the most demanded places in tour packages of tourism companies.

Target: 60 Thousand Passengers

The targeted number of passengers in tourist transportation to Amasra is increasing every year. While 40,000 tourists are aimed to be brought to the district in 26 planned voyages with the Astoria Grande ship, it is planned to increase the number of ships coming to the region to raise the number of passengers to 60,000.
