Cow Stuck in Mud in Kulu Rescued with Excavator

In Kulu district of Konya, a cow grazing by Düden Lake got stuck in the mud and became trapped. The incident came to light when shepherds of other animal herds in the area noticed and sought help.

Düden Lake, which hosts 178 different species of migratory birds, is an area frequently visited by animals. However, the cow, owned by a farmer, got stuck in a pit and couldn’t get out. The urgency of the situation for the cow, which seemed to be buried in mud, was reported to the municipality by the shepherds.

The municipality quickly mobilized to help the animal and sent a construction vehicle. The construction vehicle started working to rescue the cow stuck in the mud with the help of ropes. Thanks to the meticulous work of the expert teams, the cow was successfully pulled out of the mud and saved.
