Labor and Solidarity Day on May 1st in Tunceli
Labor and Solidarity Day on May 1st was celebrated with enthusiasm in Tunceli. Thousands of people gathered in the Moğultay Neighborhood Art Street in the center of Tunceli upon the call of the Labor and Democracy Platform, and marched to Seyit Rıza Square where the celebration with applause and slogans would take place.
After the speeches by representatives of political parties, unions, and civil society organizations regarding May 1st, the participants danced halay to music. The event, where local music bands performed concerts, ended without any incidents.
