CHP leader Ozgur Ozel is continuing his preparations before the meeting with President Recep Tayyip Erdogan tomorrow. In this context, Ozel called former CHP leaders Hikmet Çetin, Altan Öymen, Murat Karayalçın, and Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu to have discussions over the phone.
Ozel, in order to inform about the framework of the upcoming meeting with President Erdogan, held telephone conversations with previous party leaders. In these important discussions, the opinions of experienced figures who led the party in different periods were taken.
Ozel, previously aimed to create a consensus by holding separate meetings with members of the Central Executive Board, members of the Party Assembly, MPs, mayors, and provincial chairpersons. During this process, efforts were made to take the opinions of a wide range of party members and to take steps in line with decisions.
