Bakırköy Ataspor Club Declared Its Consecutive Championship in the Turkey Fin Swimming Championship

Bakırköy Ataspor Club became the champion for the second consecutive time in the Finswimming Turkey Championship held at Tozkoparan Swimming Pool, in both women’s and men’s categories. The club, which demonstrated exceptional performance in the 2022-2023 and 2023-2024 seasons, achieved great success in Turkey’s most prestigious swimming event.

Bakırköy Ataspor Club engraved its name in Turkish swimming history once again by winning the championship in both women’s and men’s categories. The club, breaking Turkish records, winning many medals, and obtaining world cup championships, accomplished a significant achievement. This victory, which was achieved with the significant contributions of athletes like Derin Toparlak and Adasu Ramazanoğlu, also had a major role played by the coaches Canberk Babaoğlu and Özkan İlhan in the team’s success.

Arda Karacabay from Bakırköy Ataspor Club crowned this victory by breaking the Turkish record. The Vice President Responsible for Aquatic Sports of the club, Tuğba Sezen, emphasized the club’s determination towards its goals by stating, “We are a club established in the name of Atatürk. Therefore, we cannot tolerate anything less than the championship.”
