Applications have begun in Aydın for the Deneyap Technology Workshops, which enable many young people across Turkey to discover their talents.

Starting at the Deneyap Technology Workshop, which provides education in 11 different fields from robotics and coding to nanotechnology, design and production, and artificial intelligence to tens of thousands of students, the deadline for applications has been announced as February 25, 2024. Established to educate the engineers, technology entrepreneurs, and technology leaders of the future, the Deneyap Technology Workshops continue to provide education to 15,910 students nationwide as of 2023, and have graduated 2,700 students to date. Deneyap Technology Workshops, which bring the same opportunities to children across Turkey from student and teacher selections to educational content, materials used in workshops, and workshop concepts, continue their work with an understanding of equal opportunities in education. The student selection process in workshops consists of three stages. Applicants first participate in an “E-Exam”. Candidates who pass the E-Exam successfully proceed to the second step, “Online Training and Task Completion”, and then candidates who are successful in this stage are invited to the “Practical Exam”. Students who successfully complete all stages are entitled to receive education at Deneyap Technology Workshops.

In the E-Exam questions, candidates’ skills in reasoning, reading and interpreting data, problem identification, critical thinking, research, and variable determination are measured. The E-Exam, which contains questions that measure skills rather than knowledge, includes a total of 40 questions from Mathematics, Science, Algorithm, and General Culture subjects.

Candidates who want to receive education at Deneyap Technology Workshops go through project-based stages where they can present original ideas and use their technical knowledge at the same time. Evaluations are made considering various skills such as students’ ability to express themselves, original thinking, adding innovation, and being knowledgeable about the subject. Applications for the e-exam will be accepted from students in the 4th grade, 5th grade, 8th grade, high school preparatory class, and 9th grade for the 2023-2024 academic year. Applications for the Student Selection Exam can be made through the deneyap website. Candidates will be able to follow the application process through the Corporate Governance System.

Education consists of two stages At the Deneyap Technology Workshops, which aim to turn Turkey into a society that develops technology, education is provided at two different levels: middle school and high school. The education process consists of 2 stages: the first 24 months are project-based lessons and the last 12 months are team periods. Face-to-face lessons are given in Design and Production, Robotics and Coding, Electronic Programming and Internet of Things, Advanced Robotics, Materials Science and Nanotechnology, Energy Technologies, Aviation and Space Technologies, while Software Technologies, Cyber Security, Artificial Intelligence, and Mobile Application lessons are given online. Students are introduced to materials and equipment related to the educational content they use in technology education at an early age in the workshops.
