The Bursa Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BTSO) organized an “Information Training on the Use of Artificial Intelligence Tools in Business Models” at the Bursa EU Information Center, which operates under the umbrella of the BTSO. Within the framework of the project supporting the Network of EU Information Centers in Turkey, implemented with the financial support of the EU Delegation to Turkey, the EU Information Center, which has been operating within the BTSO since 1997, organized an information training on the use of artificial intelligence tools in business models. The program, held at the BTSO Service Building and attended with great interest by participants, featured expert speakers who shared information about the impact of artificial intelligence on the business world. Bursa should make the most of opportunities In his opening speech, Hakan Batmaz, a member of the BTSO Board of Directors, stated that artificial intelligence has the potential to automate data analysis, learning capabilities, and decision-making processes, bringing innovative potential to both the business world and our daily lives. Emphasizing that Bursa, as the heart of industry and trade, should make the most of the opportunities offered by artificial intelligence, Batmaz said, “Especially in sectors such as automotive, textiles, and food, applications of artificial intelligence can optimize production processes, reduce costs, increase product quality, and provide a competitive advantage. Additionally, in areas such as data analysis and customer service, artificial intelligence will make business processes more efficient. Looking to the future, the profound transformations that artificial intelligence will bring to the business world are inevitable. Artificial intelligence offers significant opportunities for both the global economy and our local business world. As the Bursa Chamber of Commerce and Industry, preparing our members for this new era and guiding them will always be among our priorities.” “Every business should use artificial intelligence” Prof. Dr. Turgay Tugay Bilgin, Head of the Department of Computer Engineering at Bursa Technical University, stated that they conducted an informative seminar on the contributions of artificial intelligence to businesses. Emphasizing that many companies will be compelled to use artificial intelligence in order to process the growing massive data in recent years and draw meaningful results from them, Bilgin highlighted, “Every business should know that it needs to use artificial intelligence.
