Muratpaşa brings together technology at ASSIM

Robotics coding and graphic design courses are starting at Muratpaşa Municipality’s Abdullah Sevimçok Civil Society and Innovation Center (ASSIM). Courses on robotics coding, which lay the foundation for professions that will shape the future world, will begin on February 5 at Muratpaşa Municipality. The courses, lasting for 8 weeks, will be provided three days a week, with the participation of 75 students aged between 10 and 15. Under the guidance of expert instructors, students will go through an educational process where they will work with scripts, codes, circuits, sensors, and 3D printers to transform their dreams into designs. ASSIM will also offer graphic design training to its affiliated associations twice a week, allowing them to create their own brochures, posters, and invitations. In addition, ASSIM has introduced a web design course that covers software such as Java, HTML, and PHP. The web design course has a capacity of 10 participants with no time restrictions. Students can continue attending classes once a week until they complete their training and reach a sufficient level. The goal of the program is for students to be able to create professional-level web designs after completing the training.
